12-Month Warranty Policy
Every Eugene Dough Sheeter you purchase is covered by a 12-month warranty starting from the date your order is delivered. This warranty is our commitment to you and specifically covers:
- Manufacturer Defects: Any issues with materials or workmanship that arise during normal, intended use.
- Delivery Damage: Any damage that occurs to your dough sheeter while it's in transit to your specified delivery address.
Should you encounter a problem covered by this warranty, please contact us promptly at info@eugenedoughsheeters.com with your order details and a clear description of the issue. We're here to help ensure your dough sheeter performs exactly as expected.
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Cleaned properly.
- With all original tags attached.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@eugenedoughsheeters.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Also, a 6% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, which will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, you are responsible for any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition, as agreed upon with us.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

- Lost or Stolen Cards: Eugene Dough Sheeters Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards once delivered.
- Expiration: Digital gift cards do not expire and can be redeemed at any time in our store.
- Usage: Gift cards are valid only for purchases at Eugene Dough Sheeters Inc. and cannot be used with other retailers.
